Privacy and terms

Effective 2026-10-05. This page covers showimo.com, tv.showimo.com and the Showimo app for Android TV and Google TV. Showimo is operated by Langless.

What Showimo stores

Nothing about you. Showimo has no accounts, no forms and no server-side store of visitors. Showimo does not sell data. YouTube/Google and Cloudflare receive technical data, as described below.

Your preferences (theme, density and autoplay per section) stay in your browser's local storage and are never sent anywhere.

What third parties receive

YouTube and Google. The videos, thumbnails and channel images come from YouTube. When they load, YouTube and Google receive your IP address and technical data about your device and browser, and the YouTube player may collect what you watch. The YouTube player may store or read cookies and similar identifiers on your device, and may show YouTube's own ads. Showimo uses YouTube API Services. See the Google Privacy Policy: www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts showimo.com and tv.showimo.com, so it sees your IP address in its request logs. It also counts page views for us with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and reports only totals. See Cloudflare's privacy policy: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

On your device

On showimo.com in Chrome on a computer, a title can be translated by your browser's own model; the text does not leave your device through Showimo. The Android TV app is a window onto tv.showimo.com and asks for one permission: internet access.

Advertising

A card beside the player promotes Langless, a product of the operator. Nothing is tracked for it. Videos from some channels may also carry YouTube's own ads, served by the YouTube player.

Children

Showimo is not directed at children. Its Kids section shows videos published on YouTube by others, and YouTube's terms apply to them.

Your requests

Showimo holds no personal data about you and keeps no logs of its own, so there is nothing to delete. For any question, write to [email protected].
